Soulful Remedies Menstrual Aid promotes healthier and more regulated menstrual cycles, in addition to counteracting the adverse side effects of the menstrual cycle, e.g., heavy and/or profuse bleeding, bloating, gas/flatulence, headache, etc.

Directions: Take three (3) capsules with water 45 minutes before eating a meal.

Ingredients: Rubus ideaus (Red Raspberry) leaf, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome, Salvia officinalis (Sage) leaf, Angelica sinensis (Dong Quai) root, Capsella bursa-pastoris (Shepherd’s Purse) leaf, Achemilla mollis (Lady’s Mantle) leaf, Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) seed, Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) flower, Heuchera americana (Cranesbill) root, Capsicum anum (Cayenne) fruit, Myrica pensylvanica  (Bayberry) root, Trifolium pratense (Red Clover) tops, Actaea racemose (Black Cohosh) root, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root, and Vitis Agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) berry.

Additional Ingredients: HPMC Vegetable Cellulose (Vegan) Capsules.
